Memories Of Neil Campbell Obituary
To Neil's Family and Friends, Memories bring tears of sadness at what is gone, but also smiles at the happy, fun and sometimes a little crazy times that were. Times like wearing a cowboy hat and boots, chasing a jack rabbit in a hay meadow, driving a baby blue VW bug. Cherish the memories. Neil McNair Campbell 2017 Click above to light a memorial candle. Memories Of Neil Campbell Biography
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Priscilla Campbell, wife Janet Hathaway-Campbell and brothers Larry Campbell and Neil Campbell.
Galen loved to hunt and fish, especially with a good dog. He cared about the community and volunteered with the community center and Echo Cliff Park. He was committed to service with local AA organizations and mentored many people, including incarcerated men. He coached his kids’ ball teams, but never coached on the way home. He proudly attended his grandkids’ events and treasured his great-grandchildren. He shared stories of growing up on the farm and his adventures with cousins and friends. Many of his stories were about the animals in his life. He spent his last months at home with family, loving to see visitors – especially laughing with the “grands” and good friends, and savoring lots of home cooking. We will think of him every time we enjoy a piece of apple crumb pie at Connie’s Corner Café or hear the quail calling.
